In early 2024, KONIG officially launched its aluminum-glass door manufacturing facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology transferred from Kinetic Facades – a world-renowned facade and aluminum door system innovator with over 55 years of industry expertise.

In collaboration with IFT Rosenheim Laboratory (Germany), Kinetic Facades’ testing facility is capable of delivering internationally recognized certifications on thermal performance, wind load resistance, water tightness, air permeability, and corrosion resistance.

KINETIC products have been honored with numerous prestigious design accolades, including the European Product Design Award 2023, International Design Award, Red Dot Winner 2021, and Red Dot Design Award Winner 2019.
Most notably, Kinetic Facades received the German Design Award Winner 2024 for its ultra-slim lift-and-slide system ‘MOTION 5200 / KINETIC 5200’, recognized in the category “Excellent Product Design – Building and Elements.”
